TERRY HULL AND A PERUVIAN PHOTOGRAPHER

Bucks County Project Gallery

For our month long exhibit of “Photographs from the Traditional Darkroom”, I am introducing you each time to one of our current exhibitors.  I may add information on a photographer, on an organization or educational information, or  today I am including a photographer named Mario Testino originally from Peru.

MEET TERRY HULL.

Always having enjoyed traditional, black and white photography, Terry photographs with negative film and prints his work in the traditional darkroom to this day. His preferred subjects include people, and commercial and natural landscapes. Feeling deeply connected to the Latin American cultures, Terry has travelled and photographed that part of our world extensively.  He is currently working on a multiyear project documenting life in public squares in Latin America and Spain. Terry taught photography in the 1970s while in the US Army and has exhibited his work in numerous solo exhibitions throughout the years.
